2. Returns

  • Eligibility for Returns: You may return items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition. Please include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation with your return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of silk products that have been opened or used, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.


3. Refunds

  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. You are responsible for any return shipping fees.
